All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
– Shipping fee: $12.95
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

For international customers:

  • You may be responsible for customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns
  • We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Swimwear Intimates purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Multipacks where individual items have been separated
  • Accessories (including beachwear accessories)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at time of purchase

How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Exchange options (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  • Package items securely (original packaging preferred)
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit is applied to your original payment method

  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchange Policy

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
  • If exchanging for a higher-value item, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If exchanging for a lower-value item, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
