At Swimwear Intimates, we want you to love your purchase of our premium intimates, swimwear, and activewear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
- Original packaging should be included when possible
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Multipacks where individual items have been separated
- Accessories (including beachwear accessories)
Final sale items will be clearly marked at time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Exchange options (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Ship to our returns center at:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Credit will be applied to your original payment method
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when processed
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
- If of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement
