What materials are your products made from?
We use premium materials like TENCELâ„¢ Modal for breathability and comfort, with quick-dry fabrics for our swimwear line. All products are designed with body-positive fits and seamless construction where applicable.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes detailed size charts. For bras, measure your band size and cup size. For bottoms, measure your waist and hips. If between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. Our adaptable bras offer flexible sizing options.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Louisville, Kentucky (3004 Heliport Loop).
What shipping options are available?
We offer two shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days delivery after processing)
- Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days delivery after processing)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be responsible for customs fees depending on their country’s regulations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your package’s journey directly with the carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Swimwear must have hygiene liner intact.
How do I initiate a return?
Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns for refunds only. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order after receiving your refund.
